Self care - Self worth - Asking for help

It took me 6 hours to bring my client's bathroom back to life. In the end, I carried thirteen bags of garbage out to the curb. Many might ask how could anyone let things get so bad? We all have done this in different shapes and forms. Maybe you stopped working out after an injury and went through a depression. The pounds began to pile on and your energy became depleted. Perhaps you lost your job and could not pay your bills. You became depressed and no longer opened your mail. When you hit bottom and feel paralyzed by your life circumstances it takes courage to reach out for help.

Some clients need me to take charge and teach them self care in a soft mothering way. I lead by example without shaming. The end result is a gift of "you deserve to live in a home that brings you joy and pride.
